By booking a session with London Tantric Atelier, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our independent masseuses, ensuring a respectful, safe, and professional experience for all.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to book any service.

• By booking, you confirm that you are of legal age and acting on your own behalf.

2. Services

• London Tantric Atelier offers non-sexual, sensual massage services.

• Any attempt to request or negotiate illegal or inappropriate services will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential blacklisting.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully.

3. Independent Contractors

• All masseuses are self-employed and work independently.

• London Tantric Atelier acts as a booking and promotional platform and is not responsible for the actions or services of individual masseuses beyond the booking process.

4. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, using secure and discreet channels.

• Rates are clearly listed and subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Late cancellations, no-shows, or session terminations due to client misconduct are non-refundable.

6. Privacy & Discretion

• All bookings and communications are handled with strict confidentiality.

• You may not request personal details (real name, private contact info) from masseuses.

• Any breach of discretion or attempt to bypass the agency may result in a £5,000 penalty fee and permanent blacklisting.

7. Client Conduct

• You must maintain proper hygiene, arrive on time, and treat the masseuse with respect and courtesy at all times.

• Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate termination of service.

8. Liability

• London Tantric Atelier accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after a session.

• By booking, you accept full responsibility for your own well-being and conduct.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
