Refund & Cancellation Policy

At London Tantric Atelier, we take great pride in offering a bespoke and seamless experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect the time and dignity of our independent masseuses, while offering fair and transparent terms for our valued clients.

By booking a session with us, you agree to the following policy.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • We require full or partial prepayment to secure your appointment.

  • Payment is accepted through secure, discreet channels as instructed at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

In-call Appointments

  • Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance: eligible for a full refund or credit for future use.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance: 50% fee retained.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour in advance or no-show: no refund.

Outcall Appointments

  • Cancellations made at least 6 hours in advance: eligible for a full refund or future credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance: 50% fee retained.

  • Cancellations made after the masseuse has left for the appointment or no-show: no refund.

3. Delays & No-Shows

  • If you are late, the session may be shortened accordingly without a reduction in fee.

  • No-shows or unreachable clients (after 15 minutes of the scheduled time) will forfeit the session and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The masseuse was unable to attend due to a verified emergency or scheduling error.

  • You cancelled within the permitted time frame as stated above.

  • A double payment was made in error.

Refunds are not granted if:

  • You change your mind after the appointment begins.

  • You request services outside the agreed boundaries or violate the Client Code of Conduct.

  • You attempt to negotiate or bypass agency terms directly with a masseuse.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • In certain cases, we may offer credit toward a future session as an alternative.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

London Tantric Atelier reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions or adjustments at our sole discretion in the interest of fairness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
